Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Glanceme AI platform, website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Glanceme AI is an enterprise AI knowledge management platform that enables organizations to connect cloud storage services, process and vectorize documents using artificial intelligence, build knowledge graphs, and perform agentic search across their data. The Service includes a web-based dashboard, APIs, integrations with third-party cloud providers, and AI-powered document analysis tools.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You may not create accounts for the purpose of violating these Terms or applicable laws
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. User Content & Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all documents, files, and data you upload to or connect with the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Glanceme AI a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process, vectorize, and index your content for the purpose of providing the Service
• Generate AI-derived knowledge graphs and search indexes from your content
• Store and transmit your content as necessary to deliver the Service

This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account. We do not use your User Content to train general-purpose AI models.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or process content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models or algorithms
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent

6. AI Processing Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to process, analyze, and generate insights from your data. AI-generated outputs (including search results, summaries, and knowledge graph relationships) are provided "as-is" and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated outputs before relying on them for business decisions. Glanceme AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

7. Subscription & Payment

• Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party cloud storage providers (Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. Glanceme AI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. We access third-party services only as authorized by you and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its AI models, algorithms, software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Glanceme AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glanceme AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may close your account through your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Glanceme AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
